- 1¼ pounds ground beef
- 1½ teaspoons ranch dressing mix
- 4 slices provolone cheese
- 4 brioche buns
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- Preheat an outdoor grill or indoor grill or frying pan to medium-high heat.
- Place the ground beef in a large bowl and sprinkle the ranch seasoning over the top.
- Gently mix the seasonings into the beef.
- Shape the ground beef into 4 patties.
- Place the burgers on the preheated grill or in the pan and cook them for 3-4 minutes per side, flipping once.
- Spread the mayonnaise evenly on the flat sides of each bun half.
- Place the buns on the grill or cook them in the pan for 30 to 60 seconds until they are lightly toasted.
- Place a slice of cheese on top of each patty, close the grill lid or cover the pan, and cook the burgers for 30 seconds or until the cheese is melted.
- Place the burgers on the buns, topping with lettuce, tomato, and red onion, if desired.
