Ranch burger recipe

Ingredients
  • 1¼ pounds ground beef
  • 1½ teaspoons ranch dressing mix
  • 4 slices provolone cheese
  • 4 brioche buns
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
Directions
  1. Preheat an outdoor grill or indoor grill or frying pan to medium-high heat.
  2. Place the ground beef in a large bowl and sprinkle the ranch seasoning over the top.
  3. Gently mix the seasonings into the beef.
  4. Shape the ground beef into 4 patties.
  5. Place the burgers on the preheated grill or in the pan and cook them for 3-4 minutes per side, flipping once.
  6. Spread the mayonnaise evenly on the flat sides of each bun half.
  7. Place the buns on the grill or cook them in the pan for 30 to 60 seconds until they are lightly toasted.
  8. Place a slice of cheese on top of each patty, close the grill lid or cover the pan, and cook the burgers for 30 seconds or until the cheese is melted.
  9. Place the burgers on the buns, topping with lettuce, tomato, and red onion, if desired.
